Filip Košťálek is a music programmer with more than ten years of experience in the international music and festival scene. He currently serves as Artistic Director of Colours of Ostrava.
His work connects genres and cultures, bringing leading international talent to new audiences. In recent years, he has received a European Festival Award, been named among IQ Magazine’s New Bosses, and featured in Forbes 30 Under 30.

I work in the news department at Czech Television. I’m based primarily in Brno, and as of this year, I’ve also been working in Prague. I currently hold three roles: reporter, editor, and anchor. Previously, I also wrote interviews for the online music magazine Frontman. As for my college education, I studied Music Management at JAMU and Cultural Management at MUNI.
Martin Šolc

Space Tape (KAMEN!CE, VIMPERK)
Martin Šolc is the founder and director of Space Tape Music (KAMEN!CE, VIMPERK, and others) and the co-founder of the recording studio of the same name in Smíchov, Prague. He also works as an A&R manager for SUPRAPHON and Sony Music CZ/SK. You may also know him as the host of Startér, a radio show for undiscovered artists on Radio Wave, an ambassador for the Czeching export project, or the guitarist of the Prague-based band I Love You Honey Bunny. He has been involved in organizing festivals and events such as Koncert pro budoucnost, Mladí Ladí Jazz, Student Fest, and many others.
He was also behind the Culture for Ukraine initiative. He holds a bachelor's degree in Arts Management from the Prague University of Economics and Business and a master's degree in Production from the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, where he currently teaches the Music Management course.
Daniel Kubelka

MKP - FIDIKO Žamberk
Dan Kubelka is the Director of the Diviš Theatre and Cinema in Žamberk and the promoter of the Orlická brána and Pouťfest festivals. He has been an active figure in the cultural and music industry since the 1990s, starting his career as the bassist and lyricist for the band Sebastian, where he later co-produced their recordings. He subsequently expanded his expertise into music production for emerging bands, management, and booking, eventually establishing his own promoting agency—a role he actively continues today. His musical background includes working as a bassist, manager, and producer for the band Zupper, and most recently as the bassist and lyricist for the band Nížiny.
Alongside his artistic and event management endeavors, he currently serves as a board member of the Association of Cinema Operators and is a member of the Infrastructure Council of the Czech State Cinematography Fund.
Magdalena Müllerová

Magdalena Müllerová is Director of the Arts Institute within the National Institute for Culture. Her work focuses on international cultural cooperation, cultural policy and the development of services for cultural professionals. She previously headed the Creative Europe Desk – Culture.
